Consultancy Service Agreement.

This Consultancy Sale Agreement ("Agreement") is made on date of this purchase between:

1. Client:[The person named in this purchase voucher.

2. Consultant: [UnNoticed Ventures Ltd]

1. Scope of Services

The Consultant agrees to provide consulting services to the Client in the area of their specific needs, in line with the Consultant’s professional expertise.

2. Term and Duration of Services

The Consultant will conduct six (6) consulting sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.

- Session Dates and Times: Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times between the Client and Consultant.

- Agreement Term: This Agreement is valid for three (3) months from the date of confirmation.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Consultant a total fee of £1,800 for six sessions.

- Payment Schedule: 100% of the total fee  is due in advance upon signing this Agreement and before the first session is conducted.

4. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Forfeiture Policy

- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice from either party.
- Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed sessions may not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Forfeiture: Any sessions not completed within 30 days after the final date of the Agreement term will be forfeited and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
- Refunds: No refunds will be made in the event that the client is not able to continue with the program.

In the event that the consultant needs to terminate the agreement, they will refund the client to the value of the sessions not taken at the time of notice.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the sessions unless required by law or with prior written consent.

6. Early Termination
Client has the option to terminate the coaching programme after one month. To do so, they must provide notice within 24 hours of  last session, including the reason for termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Consultant’s liability is limited to the fees paid under this Agreement. The Consultant is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
